The cable was not working so I could not watch TV. The night clerk was not able to help because it was a cable service issue. She assured me that there would be some kind of discount when I checked out. The next morning, when I inquired about it, I was told that since I booked through a third party, I would not be able to to get a discount. The front desk was very unfriendly about the situation. I could not even get a receipt.

Everyone who works here is super friendly and welcoming! Due to the renovations, TVs didn't work, pool was unavailable and I'm not sure if my room was done being renovated or not because it did have some modern features and others that were definitely not! The breakfast was OK. I mean, it did have some hot food items, which is good. And that it was included with my room was great.

The property is under new management. The pool and hottub are shut. The smart tvs aren’t hooked to the network so you can only watch tv channels.

Great location to the airport, shuttles appreciated, good Hilton restaurant in walking distance. Easy check in/out. Only negative was the bed wasn’t the best, felt & sounded like old creaky springs. Overall it will continue to be an option in that area.
