It was a decent hotel. They were doing interior construction. Our bathroom sink drained extremely slow which was annoying.

Over night at Phoenix Airport in this new property. Room they gave us was unfinished with old used furniture. Nothing with drawers. Closet was unfinished, no place to hang anything. Hair dryer was broken, shower had someone’s long black hair. At 10 pm while we were asleep, staff tried to enter room to see if it was occupied. We asked why they didn’t call, she said it was “urgent “!

Under renovation (Sept 2024)comfortable quiet room
We stayed arriving and departing from Phoenix airport. Hourly shuttle to get from hotel to the airport but Lyft service to get to hotel from airport (which was not expected). Renovations happening but rooms were clean and comfortable. Place was quiet. Good basic breakfast provided. Able to walk to Hilton for restaurant but nothing else close by. Would stay there again.

The front desk ladie, gave me a room, when I went in to the room was locked, maintance guy was in the room watching the t.v and I notice he used the toilet , because the toilet cover was up. When we back to the front desk the ladie apologized with us and she gave us a nice room.

There was a recording that was playing in the wall, I was in Room 221. I ended up having to ask to get the rooms switched. It was all very creepy and scary.

Room had dirty sheets and washcloths upon check in. Moved to another room on first floor but no privacy screen on the window. Pool was filthy entire stay and couldn’t enjoy it or jacuzzi, that was also filthy

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and the attendant was working hard to ensure that everything was replenished throughout the morning. Looks like the flooring in the rooms have been updated but not the hallways.

Worst stay ever
There was no warning the location was under construction. Our first room smelt like paint and drywall. None of the tvs worked. The second room was muggy and stiff , the renovations were cheap where the tile wasn’t sealed properly so there was a lot of ants in the room. Mentioned a discount and was never applied or brought up after .

One of the rooms wasn’t clean and had to request another room which the tv didn’t work. The hotel is under renovation and the carpets are all stained. The breakfast was not available at 6am.
