Checking in was quick, the staff was great. The hotel is in the middle of either remodeling or having repairs done, which would have been amazing to know before hand because we would have stayed at the hotel beside this one. The water never turned any kind of cold to cool down from the Phoenix heat. The second day, the bathtub filled up on its own with brown water and we had to switch rooms.

Subpar Hotel
The fan in the bathroom was very loud and rattling. Then it completely fell out of the ceiling. I’m grateful we were not hurt as it was directly above the toilet! Then, the hand towel rail fell down when one of us was simply drying our hands. The microwave did not work either. Plus the breakfast was very scant. You had a choice of cereal or pancakes, no meat or eggs. Just a subpar experience to say the least.

This place was awful. I stayed in two rooms whil there. Both weren't clean, had blood and feces in several places in the room, the blanket had blood all over it. It was moldy and most everything was broken. Im pretty sure they have fleas or bed bugs too. I had bites all over my legs when i woke up the first morning there. I had to cancel the rest of my stay and go find a better place. A phoenix sidewalk would be cleaner.

It felt more like a weekly with breakfast versus a hotel. I went back to this specific location remembering I enjoyed my stay. But it wasn’t like how I remembered. Would have been nice to be informed, at checkin, that hospitality was still following Covid protocols and only attending to rooms per request.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms need to be updated. Small closet and only one small dresser. The free breakfast was okay. It’s in a safe area and close to freeway and great bbq restaurants and shopping. They were remodeling the downstairs rooms during our stay. I would stay here again.
