Great Customer Service
Customer service was fantastic. Lobby and rooms were very clean and quiet. My only issue was that the bed and pillows were not comfortable. This is my opinion, you may enjoy them.

Great dining and entertainment options
This is a beautiful, clean, newer property near the freeway and Chandler Fashion Center mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This property has many food and entertainment options nearby. If you have kids, there is a Chuck E Cheese and a move theater nearby. The mall is very close and there is a Crsyola and an escape room for fun. If you are traveling with dogs, there is a huge open field at the rear of the property to walk them. This is a very safe business park area.

Great hotel. My one and only complaint is that the lobby stank of chemical cleaner. Many people are sensitive to chemical smells, perfumes, and colognes. Please ask you staff to take it easy on the cleaners, even if they are non-scented, they still leave a chemical smell which bothered us. Other than this, we had a wonderful stay.
