Good Location, Clean, nice breakfast, staff friendly, but need sound defining between the rooms and hallways. Experienced 2 different people extremely loud and could hear arguments from hallway and neighboring room. A bit uncomfortable to experience.

Entry way floor was filthy along with bathroom floor . Black drips and scuff marks . They are not staffed well . My husband needed an extra blanket and sheet and this was a hassle for them with little staff . Breakfast was missing a sweet muffin or roll . Orange juice ran out after first day never saw again.

Very over priced, more than I was quoted when I booked. No coffee maker, fridge or microwave in the room. Breakfast, if you could call it that was not acceptable! We left without eating!

Breakfast was a half step above YUCK and the trash in the breakfast room was overflowing. It was very warm in the hotel and temp impossible to regulate in the room. No fridge, microwave or even drinking glasses in the room. Guess I should have expected nothing more from an IHG hotel.
