When we booked the room, we were unaware that the pool was under construction, had to listen to the construction workers all night, no complementary breakfast/coffee, and we were also unaware of the extra $55 fee. They offered guest to drive 10 minutes to a different hotel to swim but guest would have to drive back wet, also when help was needed no workers were found. Also there was hair in the tub prior to us using it.
