My room smelled bad. I couldn’t tell if it was still smoke, but it was almost like the smell of a wet public bathroom. There were also stains just inside of the door up along the wall towards the ceiling. They were brownish red. The bathroom light would annoyingly turn on every time I walked by the bathroom carpet in the bedroom was dirty and stained, and the wallpaper was coming off of the corner of the bedroom

The thermostat was set at 72 so the room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night. When I turned down the thermostat, it only dropped by one degree in 2 hours making if difficult to get any sleep. There was also no sheet on the bed so when I took the comforter off because of the heat I had no cover up which also contributed to not sleeping well! Disappointed.

BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE. First day we checked in everything seemed fine. AC worked but was not the best. Then our second night was hell. AC was not working had to call at 5am then be told there was an AC outage. I'm from Washington state so I am not used to the heat so having AC in our rooms was essential. Was being told they were going to update us but did not hear anything. Our rooms were 90 DEGREES. It was colder outside than our rooms. Looks like only SELECTED people were given fans but was not informed for our stay. When asked for a discount or refund they refused. I would not recommend spending a dime at this place. Not worth it.

NO AC Friday night and Saturday day!!!
Beautiful hotel and the staff was nice. Upon arrival we noticed the room was a little warm but figured it would cool off. We got in late and were tired I could not sleep because it was so hot. First thing in the morning I went down and asked about the air conditioning. They said they were aware of the issue and handling it. We decided to go shopping because it was to hot to stay in the room. I called to get an update and they were still working on it. We came back to the room and it never got under 78 degrees. We booked this room for the pool and to relax but we couldn't even be in the room it was so hot. Is there a discount that is being offered to guests? I know it was the whole hotel that had no ac. Please let me know if we can get a discount for Saturday. Thank you!
