Our stay here was terrible my daughter was bitten by a bed bug, we toke the bed bug down to management and all he did was move us to another room and clean the room for eco lab we left the bed bug on desk and eco stated nothing was wrong with our room!! I’ve never had this issue before never

Bar staff and other hotel guests were rude about my being from California. I was in my Padres gear and that resulted in me being subjected to what started as good natured ribbing from the bar staff..but then he did nothing when the other hotel guests made derogatory comments about people from California.
