First impression was clean, open, organized, modern with a smart design. Visually, the colors, fabrics were decorator correct. Features in the room were convenient. Best in the area.
Excellent customer service, clean and very very nice. Be sure to stop by the bar and see Wayne, great bartender. The pool was clean and a much needed break for us. I would stay here again for sure.

Not pet friendly - $100 upcharge per night
Upon arriving, I was advised there would be a $100/ night pet fee, even if I kept my dog in an air travel quality crate. The fee increased the night's stay by 75%. There was no designated pet play or comfort area. There was a pet waste disposal station - there were no bags available and the waste can section was full to over flowing. There was a package of cigarettes and a lighter on the waste can which I reported to the front desk. It was still there the following morning in reach of small children. In the morning, the only coffee creamer options were artificial, sugary options. I asked the front desk person to check for natural creamer with the kitchen staff, he made a disparaging comment about them but asked. Kitchen staff brought out half-n-half promptly. Walls are thin - conversation and television sound can be clearly heard from next door room.

The staff throughout were very pleasant. A few things that were inconvenient was that the AC in room 201 has a bad smell. We thought running it would get rid of it, but it didn’t. Maybe needs a new filter. The body wash was really low, good thing we brought ours. It was Memorial Day weekend so people were drinking. Our neighbors in 203 were arguing, had to call the front desk. They were quick to settle the issue cos after we heard their phone ring they packed up. Overall we enjoyed our trip.
