Upscale home with private heated pool and amazing patio

Located in a quiet, gated community inside the scenic Red Mountain Ranch, this private home has just about everything you'll need for an enjoyable getaway. The private heated pool was just refinished with new PebbleTech coating and bright blue tile trim. The large patio was also just remodeled with travertine tile and a new granite countertop for the outdoor bar and kitchen area making the outdoor living space even more beautiful. There's a patio TV, an outdoor kitchen and grill, pool lounge chairs, and a conversational seating group to enjoy the gas fire pit in the evenings. The home is full of upscale amenities with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a den/office featuring a big-screen TV, pullout couch, and a large built-in granite desk. All of the essentials are there including new kitchen pots, pans, and dishes. Big screen TVs are located in the living room, den, master, and the 2nd bedroom, plus a smaller TV on the patio. The beds are comfortable as are all of the furnishings throughout. It's a great place to relax and enjoy all that the Mesa, Phoenix area has to offer.

Wonderful Girls Trip
This was the perfect place for our girlfriend reunion. The house was lovely and the area was quiet except for the small planes flying overhead. There were grocery stores and restaurants close by. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. We practically lived in the pool which was kept very clean because of the pool vacuum which was in 24/7. A few suggestions: We wanted to swim laps but had to dodge the vacuum so we removed it. Unfortunately we couldn’t get it reconnected. Steve was gracious about it but maybe a note should be added to the notebook regarding not unplugging it. The house could’ve been a little cleaner: cobwebs inside the lamps and baseboards wiped down, showers a bit cleaner.

This property was perfect for a golf weekend away. The pictures don't do the property justice and the pool and outdoor cooking area was amazing. Check-in process was easy and there were lots of great recommendations in the guest book for the area. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway
Very clean and comfortable stay. Great location and the pool was awesome. The only recommendations we have are curtains in the master bedroom to block out the sun in the morning and air freshener in the bathrooms. Other than that, this was perfect for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary and would definitely stay again.

My sister and two of our besties stayed here for our annual Arizona Girls’ Trip. The home is absolutely beautiful and more than we could have imagined. It was stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and area out back as well. We had activities planned a couple of days and found it really hard to motivate ourselves to leave the house because we enjoyed it so much. It is such a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We had a fabulous stay at this home in Red Mountain Ranch. The location was perfect! Within a lovely neighborhood, but steps away from the mountains, beautiful scenery, and trails. The house was clean and full of all of the essentials. The pool and patio was was the best! We hope to be back!

Highly recommend! Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood in Red Mountain. Gated community. Exceptional pool area with outdoor kitchen, fire pit and multiple seating areas. Kitchen is updated and very well equipped. Two bedrooms with king size beds, both very comfortable. Master has large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Loved the walk in closet! Full size washer and dryer. Nice living room and dining area. Would be perfect for couples or small families. There is an office with sofa and crib. Photos on VRBO are a good representation of what to expect. Close to several grocery stores, nice restaurants and other shopping. Great communication with the owners.

We loved the house So nice and clean and roomie Love the tvs in every room and out by the pool!! Also loved kitchen accessories 😀 stove and over worked beautifully The all house fan made it so comfortable temperature wise! One afternoon we had friends over to swim for a few hours (so fun) and we used the great bbq area outside (super clean as well) So yay we loved our stay Only thing I would have liked is the pool a bit warmer

Pictures don't do this place justice. Beautiful property. Well maintained and very clean . Quiet neighbourhood in beautiful desert setting. It felt like a home away from home. While friends and family say we were crazy to head to Phoenix from the cool pacific northwest during a unprecedented heat wave , we did not regret our decision for one moment with this particular property and that amazing pool to keep us cool during the hottest of days. My grandchild even learned to swim which was an extra bonus . Well stocked as well with little things like spices and a few extra pantry/bathroom items which we were grateful for. Thank you so much for your hospitality . You have a beautiful house.

Great property. Easy check in. Owners responded quickly to messages. Lots of towels and kitchen things. Wish there were proper blinds though in the room and updated window covers. The sun woke me up directly hitting my eyes every day in the master bedroom. Whole house gets lit up pretty early though. If staying for a bit maybe also ask when the pool maintenance comes. Or this could be written in their check in book. Woke up to very loud voices in the back yard; not immediately assuming this was for the pool. Loved the pool. Kids spent quite a bit of time in here. Lots of space. We didn’t feel crammed or on top of each other. Overall nice property.

Wonderful Stay
The property was as described and wonderful. Steve and Vickie were responsive to any questions, and worked with us on an early check-in. The property was very clean and updated. We spent much of our time at the pool, and used the outdoor fire pit and kitchen. It was a perfect getaway and having the heated pool was a bonus. We would definitely stay in this property again if we are in the area.

Beautiful property and just as pictured on VRBO Beds were very comfortable and the heated pool was outstanding! Outdoor firepit was a plus as the nights were chilly! We enjoyed all the different birds especially the quail. Located close to shopping and dining. Would highly recommend if you are ever in the area. Check in and out was simple. We would book again!
