Not again
bad coordination with cleaning crew that caused me and my family to stay outside the property an extra hour after driving 10 Hrs. to get there, Check is was a t 4 but unit was not ready for another hour. There is another unit attached to tis one which is also a rental so be ready to share the pool and volleyball advertised5 of us stayed but just enough hot water for 2 to take showers and wait for an hour to allow the heater to warm up some more.5 of us stayed and there was only 3 towels so. BYOOn Wednesday be ready to be asked to roll out the trash can out to the curb because Thursday is trash day. Although there was an apology from owner over the phone while his cleaning crew lead let me speak with him about the unit not being ready, he mentioned "We'll make it up to you". It has been almost a Month and no signs of any efforts to mend this. Not even replying to my email sent a week after my stay. I guess I learned my lesson... you get what you paid for.
