Nogative:The front reception is okay. The problem is the dust. The sofas have dust accumulation that needs to be washed. The arm rests on the sofas are shiny due to accumulated layers of dirt. Negative2: Fountain water at the reception had a weird taste to it and made me sick for two days Negative3:the fact that Arizona is dusty, they should change the rooms floors ftom carpets to wooden floor for easy cleaning. Trying to get a ride to airport was a nightmare. They had Uber set up for me but 3 rides cancelled on me. Eventually they called VIP taxi which was there in 2 minutes. Shout out to VIP taxi for saving my flight

The only thing going for this place is the staff and the cleanliness. The area is a bit dodgy... and the hotel itself is bare bones and looks like it was given the "landlord special" when needing repairs and updates. I needed just a place to sleep one night in Phoenix, and it did just that. You can hear other guests, feel the edges of springs on the side of the bed, only one elevator working, they didn't have any milk alternative at breakfast so not many options when your dairy free. (couldn't even get a cup of coffee unless it was black). BUUUUT the only saving grace... and why I didn't run out of there... was that it's clean. You can tell the staff cares, and they were super nice and helpful and friendly.
