Property was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Some repairs needed: bathroom pocket door was very hard to roll, cabinet door covering bubbling, 2” hole under main door. Great water pressure and temperature, nice walk-in closet.

Liked the layout of the room with having the 2 bedrooms, but we were on the ground floor and had issues with ants. Housekeeping only came every other day and for us they only showed up once in the week we were there until our last day when we had to request for them to come - even then it wasn't a very good clean. The one staff member I asked directions to Old Town from was not knowledgeable at all and sent us in the completely wrong direction we wandered trying to find our way for an hour. The breakfast was good, and pool was nice. Now that we are familiar with the area, even though we had some issues we would still stay there again as it is a nice complex and close to a lot of things.

We decided to stay at this Hyatt location due to the proximity to Old Town Scottsdale and the combined reviews on Expedia and Trip Advisor. Property was clean, staff was great, and our 2 bedroom suite was idea for two small families visiting Scottsdale.

The place is great. Food at breakfast was very good. But they did not clean the room in three days, they only pick up the garbage cans. I asked, they said they clean every other day.

Nothing fancy, but very nice amenities at an excellent price. Rooms, breakfast, gym and bar all were a bit nicer than we expected. Important to know that there are no elevators for the 3 floor levels.
