We liked the hotel and the people. I didn't realize there was no pool and the view was of a parking structure but the rate was great, it was close to the venue we wanted and the people were really nice. The only issue was the shower curtain barely reached the rim of the tub so water would get everywhere. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Wow!
Hand’s down the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. ALL the staff were nice and friendly, it made our stay so much nicer. Jackson, Bryan, & Kael(I think I spelled it write) were amazing and very efficient with time! This will be our hotel to stay at from now on in downtown. It’s close to everything!

Nice hotel for a couple of days. Nice breakfasts and good choice of food at the restaurant for the evenings. Not much options for drinks though, but plenty to do in town. Would have liked an option to check out later for a fee as my flight was delayed but had to pay for another night. Friendly staff overall and very clean place.

Eh. Honestly one of the most subpar stays. Front staff was rude. You’d ask a question and they’d respond like I was a nuisance to them. They need to work on their people skills. Valet staff was exceptional most friendly on grounds. The bartender was really nice too. I got in around midnight Thursday night. I just wanted a shower and there was no soap the soap bottle was empty. Honestly ridiculous. I was too tired to get out of the shower and ask for more soap at around 1 am. The following day I asked the front desk for more soap very nicely and the lady rolled her eyes and said, “That’s a housekeeping problem. And I can’t do anything until a manager approves it.” (Greaaaat I’ll be without soap again) she said she’d get it taken care of. My husband waited in the room for one hour and it never showed up. I went for a run…. again I wanted a shower and I had to follow up again and finally an hour later we had soap! I didn’t pack soap I saw reviews said it’d be available for me so I figured one less thing. It may sound ridiculous ranting over soap but it’s soap! It really set us behind our schedule. Overall just unhappy with my stay. Should really speak to the front staff about being more polite and providing proper customer service. Probably should get some tips from valet staff since they were amazing.

Great stay in downtown
This location was perfect to access the convention and Footprint center in downtown Phoenix. I was able to walk. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities too.

I did not like paying to park 42 a day after spending good money on the room. Wewere in town for my daughters graduation and came with a budget for our trip. It should be more clear when choosing to stay
