Solid hotel. The only draw back is that the mini mart should have been bigger with more variety. When you have kids they crave a bunch of stuff, and hopping into a car to go to Walmart is not an option on vacation.

Incredible staff and lazy river. Terrible rooms.

The staff was friendly, the lazy river & pool was incredible! My kids had a blast! Our room was outdated, fridge barely worked, top lock for suite didn’t work. My kids were able to just pull the door even with top bolt locked. It didn’t work which was very concerning. We called for extra blankets an hour went but, still nothing. Had to call again, then waited another 20 minutes. We found 2 bugs on our bed, pull out bed on couch had bedding with crumbs all over. Floors were not vacuumed as we saw crumbs as well. Everything outside our room was great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was gross and terrible.

To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The hotel in its entirety was old and in need of some renovations. Walking into the actual hotel room, my family and I were greeted by an old unpleasant odor, which put us off. The furniture was old and EXTREMELY dirty with noticeable stains and dirt. It was so dirty that I didn’t even want to sit on it. The A/C was very loud and had an odor as well. The pictures advertised online are not what they have to offer. Very small pool area (low quality as well) and you have to walk quite a bit from your hotel room if you’d like to go. We were so disappointed that we left the day after we came and only stayed one night because there was no where else to go. Overall, this resort was extremely old and dirty, and low quality in terms of what they advertise online.

We stayed for 2 days while visiting friends in Phoenix. The room was clean but dated. Staff was friendly and the ground were nice. We went to the river ranch which wasnt too crowded , pool was clean and beverage service was great but expensive. Overall great experience 😊

Fambam Birthday Weekend Staycation

The Staff at the Resort was wonderful and accommodating. From the time we checked in at the front desk and the promptness we received service via text messaging throughout our stay. As well as the grounds staff being so friendly. The staff @ The Hole were great! Thank you for a memorable staycation.

Are day was very nice. We went for some R&R and we got some. The kids were very happy with all the water activities. I was an excellent week end. I do have a few problems with the bill but I can call and try to take care of that. Victoria Brown
