What began as a booking on a ground level room became at 9 o’clock in the morning a very loud jackhammering construction experience with four men right outside my door. I couldn’t open the curtains because they were right there in front of me. I couldn’t do my conference calls even though checkout time was 11 AM and I had booked 9 to 11 as work time in the room. And the hotel manager insisted that it was completely reasonable to have a hole jackhammered outside my room in the so-called patio area that they did not tell me about when they placed me in the room — saying it’s the same thing as having a leaf blower or regular maintenance. As a woman, I felt incredibly uncomfortable having men within feet of my room on the ground floor immediately outside my changing area, and obviously there was no way I could go outside in the middle of their workspace to enjoy the patio for which I had spent money. I would never ever return. Do not book unless you want to share your morning with workmen jack hammering away outside your window.

Date, a little dirty, not cleaned well, unsafe (found door wedged open after returning from activities). Staff was not friendly.

We didn't get the room type we ordered. The room and property were clean but is in need of some touches. Our bathroom was missing one of the soap dispensers, had a cracked floor in the shower and a couple of holes in the ceiling. Construction around the corner on one wing and outside..so maybe some upgrades are underway?

Do not stay at the villas at the Hilton. They’re old smelly and dated very bad. There’s construction going all around the whole hotel inside and outside.

I think the staff was top notch. The room needed some work, but the price and location made up for it. They are doing construction outside which made for a very NOT relaxing pool day. I was surprised they were jack hammering on a Saturday. I expect that sort of thing during the week and not the weekend. That said, the bed was comfortable. The food was good. Great location. Priced appropriately. Again staff was good. The only thing I think is worth noting is that it felt at times like they were understaffed. Especially at the pool bar. This poor lady was serving food and making drinks… it was too much for one person to keep up with.

Great location and staff. Villa was a little dated and should be updated with new furniture and appliances. The beds were not comfortable and mattresses should be replaced. The location was perfect and the staff was wonderful. Pool was nice and parking was easy. The property was very nice but villas are a bit dated.
