Check in was easy and front desk person was helpful. Leaving the next day our car battery wasn't working. The front desk person volunteered his vehicle to jump start ours. Saved the day, as we were there to go to the hospital for a procedure.

The stay was fine but the pool turned all of our hair green. I told the front desk and they said they'd check the chemical levels but offered no solution or discount of any kind.

Good place to stay
Everything was good, friendly staff, good hotel breakfast, great location if seeing a show at Talking Stick Amphitheater for a show. I only have to minor complaints 1- Ice only on 2nd and 4th floor. 2- my room had one big stain on the carpet and on one of the chairs. Other than that I would stay again if watching a concert at Talking stick.

We needed a place to sleep a few hours on an unplanned cross state trip. We checked in at 12:30 am. We were exhausted. Holiday Inn seemed like a safe option. Found several dark hairs in the bathroom (we all have light hair). Floor had debris on it like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the bedding looked disturbed. We were so exhausted we decided not to make a fuss slept on top of the covers. But, I doubt I’ll stay at another Holiday Inn again.
