I was able to keep my space safe and clean. It was overall fair and convenient, nearby stores and transportation. No pool available/accessible. Some staff were pleasant.

Lies about amenities, there was no gym and the pool was closed. On top of that my AC was broken in 110 degree weather, and I was refused even a partial refund or credit. They were out of toilet paper, rooms weren't cleaned property. I took a shower and got out and realized there was no towels. The room had 1 tiny pillow and the freezer had some sort of red liquid in it. Staff was nice, but the management needs to give them more resources. I will never stay here again.

The worst experience I ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE ! Room assigned was completely dirty with used coffee cups on top of sink, stains all over the sink, shower with used soap and shampoo, bed not done and more … when I went back to the office to complaint, they have me waiting outside with 100 degrees, after 30 mins they called me to only say that unfortunately they didn’t have any other rooms available and I had to look for another hotel somewhere. TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING, not to mention the homeless people walking around and inside the property premises.
