I was in room 210. It was the MOST filthy room I ever saw. My shoes stuck to the floor, the edges on the floor around the walls and doors were filled with dirt, the refrigerator was disgusting, the microwave was abomidable,the bathtub had a dirt ring, the bedding did not smell fresh. The people working there were not friendly and were not professional.

One staff member here needs to b fired very rude and thinks she can hang up on guests and when u call back she dont answer u think thats how customer service works it definitely doesnt sweet heart amd than threatens me about check out being 30 mins so we will b charging u a late fee excuse me first of all u suppose to accommodate me u got no water not my fault i paid to stay here I'm not here for free or live here so u need to b retrained or fired but on the other hand i will give 5 stars to kat the head of house keeping such a sweet heart and helped me with this situation instead of acting out so she deserves 10 stars if i could but other than that this place sucks so many drug addicts just hanging around its disgusting

Very dirty (think we left it cleaner than when arrived). Sheets appeared dirty upon arrival, didn’t clean the room once in a 3 day stay, 1 set of towels for a 3 day stay, no hangers, no ironing board or iron, tv didn’t work, non responsive employees and lots of homeless in the parking lot. Don’t stay here.

Awful room, avoid at all costs.
I’ve honestly never stayed in a worse hotel. Typically I don’t mind cheaper hotel priced and types of hotels, however this room was different. It was so bad that my family and I just could not stay there. The toilet did not flush, nor was it functional whatsoever. Additionally, the bathroom light didn’t work, the stovetop was rusted out, the sheets felt slightly moist and humid? The fridge was also disgusting. Moreover, the linoleum floor was peeling, the shower was moldy and the worst part was that the entire room smelled awful. We had to request a check out after not even 10 minutes of standing in the room. That being said, the front desk attendant was very understanding, incredibly kind and helped us out.
