I understand that the price is cheap, but they should at least clean the rooms. They gave us a room that looked like no one even tried to clean it. The beds were made but that was about it. The toilet was broken. The floor wasn't even sweeped. But the real issue were the poop streaked towels. I was flabbergasted and speechless. We waited over 30 minutes to even get checked in. For the price, I knew that I wasn't getting a resort but I definitely wasn't expecting it to be this bad, even if it is just 1 night.

Avoid this place.
It looks decent on the outside, but when they tell you you will get your deposit back after they check the room, you know it is sketchy. Dirty floor, paint chipped off the walls, open plumbing, toilet flushes 2 or 3 times…loudly, wobbly table. A regular dive.

Very dirty. No toilet paper in room. Leftover food in cabinets. Floor was sticky and filthy. Paper towel came up black when I wiped a few water drops of the floor. Building was old and run down.

I did not have a chance to check a property. Front desc closed 11 pm, but it was not any notes on Expedia website. We arrived on 2 am and on the middle of the night discovered that we can't get to the hotel after 6 hours driving and then did drive around to find another place to stay. When the next day I called to Expedia for a refund, agent told me that I have to pay a cancelation fees. I tried to explain him, that I did not cancel that reservation. That situation happened, because of your negligence., and you have to refund money, but he refused. I told him in this case I have to find a lower and ask for compensation. Terrible

I don't even know how a property like this is able to operate. First the room is nothing like the pictures, it's so run down and terrible. We didn't even have a mirror in the bathroom, I felt like we were on a jail cell. There used to be a mirror because there was a piece in the bottom of the toilet. The lamp on the night stand didn't even have a bulb and the toilet paper holder was broken. The noise outside was crazy, people grilling in the parking lot with loud music, and it felt so unsafe. I was looking for a place to rest and I know this was priced lower than other properties and I can see why. The stuff was very friendly but not much they can do about the condition of the hotel

My business partner had his room broken into while we were at a conference and he came home to a homeless man sleeping in his bed after breaking the window. None of the rooms windows have screens and the windows are pretty loose so anyone strong enough can force your window open. The janitor told me that management refuses to replace window screens so that’s just how it always is. My room had dead bugs, no trashcan, weird detritus in the bathroom, sheets or towels never replaced over three day stay. Hotel was also overbooked so despite making the reservation a monthim advance and requesting non smoking in advance we still were given smoking rooms that smelled like bleach and cigarettes.
