Stayed here for our out of state trip and we were handed a key card to a room with a lady staying in there already, I walked into her sleeping and said sorry , went to the office to tell them my issue, they seemed hurried and they then gave me another room that was horrible , the shower head was broken, it was dirty and had a smell to it, we spent the night there anyways since it was getting close to midnight. Next morning we head out and come back a few hours later to freshen up and our card isnt working so we head to the office once again and come to find out , no one should’ve been placed in that room to begin with since it was suppose to be closed for maintenance. The morning shift young lady was super helpful and got it situated for me. The night shift ladies weren’t really attentive , don’t know if maybe they just wanted to clock out already.
