Hotel is average or below. Area around the hotel is pretty ghetto these days as most big cities with horrible blue policies just let the bums run rampant. Staff is unfriendly and a bunch of children who can’t look away from their phones for more than 2 seconds. Valet is a total rip off. Took them 40 minutes to retrieve my vehicle. They take advantage of people not knowing that you can absolutely park at the meter machines overnight without paying and with zero issue. Nobody is ever checking those, especially overnight and on weekends.

They have no parking for guest, unless you pay for valet each night. Otherwise you have to lug your stuff a few blocks and park in public parking. We had a note in our room from the previous guest, which means they didn’t clean our room before we arrived.

The shower head in our bathroom had come off the wall and was just hanging there. It wasn’t the end of the world and we dealt with it since it was still functional. I did bring it to the front desk’s attention (just so I wasn’t charged for the shower head) and the staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I found this offensive, especially since this is not an inexpensive hotel. We paid extra to utilize the breakfast buffet, which we found to be subpar. They had a decent selection of food items, however all the “hot” items (eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc.) were not warm, but room temperate and bland in flavor.

Room was really clean. Staff was friendly. This Hyatt had more amenities than the Hyatt Regency down the street. Water temp was good. Room had a refrigerator, coffee machine and a clothing steamer! I will definitely be back. No hidden fees or surprises!

There are hefty Parking fees and no complimentary breakfast option. Also, breakfast place is closed at 9 am, an hour less than usual.

Downtown location, near Footprint Arena so we could walk to game and not worry about parking and driving after the game. It was a quick overnight from Page to PHX and back to Page. Sucks Suns lost last night.
