I paid for a room with a city view and instead I saw nothing, just into an another building. Half the bed was snuck in. Otherwise the hotel was very nice and clean!

I would say the parking situation for the hotel is not the best. Valet vs Self and that expense is high. The car is not onsite and wait times can be long. I heard another group asking when they would get the car and it was already 20 min. Now when I checked out they had the car up front and ready without me calling so there is that.

Our hotel room was nice and clean. All the staff encountered was friendly. It was quiet enough to sleep in and it wasn't very loud during the day either. It's a great location that keeps you just outside the busier area if you are going for baseball games, but close enough to walk. There were plenty of food locations around with variety. However, if you are looking for decent shopping, not so much. The few places for shopping were generic stores. However, if I returned to Phoenix, I would likely stay again.
