Wonderful boutique hotel across the street from the basketball and concert venue, and from the baseball stadium. Wonderful dining option. Parking was a bit tricky, but downtown Phoenix ambassadors were there to help and it was a breeze after that.

Had an amazing check-in experience. Pool was great but very small if going on a weekend and was understaffed - felt so bad for the bartender on duty. Beds weren’t comfy. Room was clean and amenities were great. Awesome location for sports events and for bars/food.

The area around the property was fantastic safe, quiet, and very walkable, with plenty of dining options nearby. I especially appreciated the convenience of easy parking and accessible transportation.
