Bug-infested & Poop-smeared apartments/hotel
The first unit had bugs in carpet, severe damage to appliances and fixtures, missing fixtures and carpet patches, missing light bulbs and a broken bedroom window latch. After mentioning to office staff, she move me to another unit which had all the above damages minutes bugs, and with poop smeared on the bathroom walls. On my final day stay, maintenance insisted on entering the unit to install a fire extinguisher where a surly property manager insisted to me that this was not a hotel.

You get what you pay for. Not too bad of a hotel for a two night stay. My daughter and I were pretty much only there to sleep. The room smelled like someone had just finished smoking inside when we arrived. So much that the sheets and blankets smelled as well. We stuck it out though and just ended up leaving a day early. The staff was friendly upon arrival.

I like that it is like studio apartments. The staff is very nice and friendly and very helpful and attentive. It's quiet and feels safe. I love that I feel at home. Last night I slept the best I've slept in a very very long time. I also like the option to rent weekly and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Metro Phx Apartments!!
