WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN!!!!
We checked in so late because we traveled from california. 11 hours drive. We are so tired to complain. The property is so dirty. Dirty shoes mark on the floor. The carpets is so sticky. I feel like they didn’t even wash the bedsheet because of that. The bathroom is also dirty, there’s no trashcan. They only have 2 towels for the 5 night stay, so if you need more, you need to wash it yourself.

Worst then we thought it would be.
When entering the property there was a sharp blade on the side table next to the bed. At 8 am a member of there maitnaice team opened our door and walked in and woke us up.The tile floor was dirty when we walked in.

Let me start by saying the maintenance lady that changed our room was helpful and great. 1st: we request the bottomed floor (handicap), we got the second floor. We were told our room was the was the only room they had available so nothing we could do. My partner that is a wheelchair had to hop all the way up the stairs. He makes it up, the code doesn’t work for us to get in. So now we are waiting 30 in the heat for someone to come fix it. She comes lets us in to find the room infested with roaches. The lady fixing the lock made a call and got us transferred to a bottom floor room in a different building.. NO ROACHES!! And a bottom floor room that I was told wasn’t available.

Worse place I’ve been
The door to our unit was open when we arrived. Tv remote was missing, there were roaches and crumbs in the fold out bed. The sheets and blankets were dirty. The room sm lied like cigarettes. Wee were able to transfer to another room quickly. It was cleaner however we could hear the sound of every car driving by and someone tried to break into our in the middle of the night.

Disgusting place. Walked in and it reeked of smoke, there were bugs crawling on the walls and floors, lock was jiggly, smoke detector broken hanging on the wall, couch had many stains, mattress was nasty, cigarette ashes and dead bugs behind the bed. Stayed for 30 minutes to find a new hotel and by the time I walked out my clothes smelled awful.
