My family and I stayed in this lovely home when we visited for a baseball game in Surprise. The house had all the amenities we needed and the location was close to everything. The property was very clean with adequate supply of kitchen dinnerware, cooking utensils, pots/pans. It was nice to find K-Cups, Hot Cocoa and popcorn upon our arrival. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and dispensers of body wash/shampoo and conditioner. Television in every room. Condo was very close to the 101 loop, very convenient for traveling. Many stores are close by for groceries and shopping. Carlos is a responsive host.

Great place and location but smelled
Great place and location in Peoria AZ. Host communicated well and promptly. Only downside of this apartment is a very strong smell of what we think was cat urine. We bought febreeze to spray but the smell was very pugnan. Aside from that, great place to stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Cute decor, kitchen well stocked. Nice layout with bedrooms and attached bathrooms off each side of the living area. No stairs. Host very responsive and kind. Close parking—-just needs to be labeled and the host agreed to follow up on this. Close to shopping and highway access.

Out for Spring Training
I was out with my husband, son and his girlfriend for Spring Training Baseball. This location was absolutely perfect for us! The unit was absolutely amazing and stocked with everything we need. My husband and I took the smaller room. The bed was a little too firm for me. That is my only minor complaint. I would stay there again!!

The property is reasonably close by car to State Farm Stadium, but it certainly is not walkable. The property should not advertise a pool if the water temperature is is 50-60 degrees. That amenity is simply false advertising. They took forever to provide a WIFI code and communication was poor. The rep would not answer their phone. Our car was nearly towed on the last day because of parking lot repairs that were not communicated and they did not offer standard cable. Certainly, not LUXURY.

This was a great house, it's close to the stadium and casino. The owner was great he was always available for any questions or assistance. If I go back I will stay in one of Carlos's properties.
