Located 10 miles east of North Scottsdale, Rio Verde is at the base of the mountains (great views), in a desert landscape (wonderful winter temperatures) and within reach of all that the Phoenix Valley of the Sun offers.

THE HOME:
Enjoy wonderful mountain and golf course views in this beautifully remodeled 2,500 sq ft home in community of Rio Verde, AZ. As a luxury rental, it is fully furnished with ample supplies to meet your every need. Free golf cart in double space garage, free excellent Wi-fi. Unlimited golf for 2 people on the two 18-hole Rio Verde Country Club courses (extra charge).

Primary bedroom has a new King bed with en-suite bathroom, double sinks, snail shower, walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom is a Queen bed in a bright corner room.
Library bedroom hides a brand new cabinet Murphy bed and is a great place to do a puzzle or play cards.
Hall bathroom with shower/ tub serves both bedrooms.
Living room with a new large streaming TV, leather sofa and 2 recliners is open to the dining room that seats 6-10 (table expansions in walk in closet).
Fully remodeled kitchen with new fridge, dishwasher and wine cooler. All new small appliances, dishes, bedding, linens, etc
The kitchen is open to the family room with a large (streaming) TV, working kiva fireplace (wood provided), large comfy sectional and small desk with awesome views on the mountain. Excellent, free Wi-fi .
Sliding doors from the Principal room and the living room open up to the covered patio area with beautiful mountain views while you watch golfers sink their putts. Outdoor dining table and propane BBQ grill is a serene place to settle with a coffee in the morning and shaded in the afternoon.
Separate laundry with brand new washer and dryer (soap provided). Garage has a free golf cart, 2 bikes and space for 1 renter vehicle.
Due to the remodel and brand new floors, this house does not accept pets.

THE COMMUNITY
Outstanding community amenities for all renters: heated pool, hot tub, new fitness center, many class opportunities, tennis and pickleball courts. Clubhouse restaurant (Box Car Grill) and lunch bar (Tavern Pub) access for renters staying more than 3 weeks (fob).

Rio Verde Paradise
We spent six weeks at the El Cortez house and it was wonderful. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was one of the best stocked kitchen’s I’ve ever been to, the bed was extremely comfortable and the location was amazing. Stacey was very easy to work with and answered all questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this house and Rio Verde for a great winter getaway.

What a fantastic home! Beautiful view of hole 1 of the Quail Run golf course. Everything was very clean and all the big things were thought of as well as so many wonderful details. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we to cook and clean as well as some tasty extras! Toys, puzzles, bikes, and even pickleball racquets were there for us to use!
