Welcome to this hidden gem in Old Town Scottsdale! The perfect plug-and-play condo to stay at during your Arizona trip. Our condo has two bedrooms, two full baths, a community pool, and a fully-stocked kitchen, awaiting you to use, relax, and enjoy! You will fall in love with the comfy beds, and easy access to the heart of Scottsdale.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to come right in and start cooking. We have utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, knives set, a Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods, and all the cookware you need to start cooking your favorite meal for you and your guests.

Our condo has an open-concept kitchen and living room that is great for cooking and gathering with friends and family. We have two smart TVs with Netflix available for streaming in the living room and the master bedroom.

Our condo in Scottsdale has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, armoire closet, and a king-sized bed. Smart Tv.

Bedroom 2: Guest bedroom, queen-sized bed.

We require a signed rental agreement and a photo of your government-issued ID matching the payment method on file after booking.

Insurance and Guest Verification: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, a mandatory insurance fee is included in your reservation cost. This insurance covers some incidents of bodily injury and some accidental damages. Please contact us if you'd like details on the coverage provided.
By moving forward and booking this reservation you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party service to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.

For stays of 21 nights or more:
- There is a monthly cap of $350.00 on utility costs. The booking guest is responsible for utility costs incurred beyond this cap
- For stays of 28 nights or more, we require a one-time additional insurance fee and a refundable deposit
- Guest has the option to either have periodic cleans during the stay or a deep clean at the end of the stay. Guest is responsible for the cost of additional cleaning.

Cancellations: We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance at booking, as we are not able to provide refunds for cancellations outside of our policy for reasons such as flight delays/cancellations, weather, injury, or illness. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our cancellation window. Please use this time to research the location with the provided address and finalize your travel plans. Refunds will not be considered outside of this window for any reason.

House Rules
- An orange key will be provided to access the pool. Please leave the key on the entryway counter when not in use. Failure to return the key before check-out will incur a fee of $100.
- Parties and any disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing, and all guests must be included in your reservation. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the premises and/or removal from the booking platform. Refunds will not be considered in the event of a violation.
- Pets: We are restricted to 1 small dog only. Your pet must be included in your reservation and is subject to a $75 pet fee. Please pick up after them and do not allow them on the furniture or bedding.
- No tape or adhesive is allowed to be attached to the walls.
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. Please be a considerate neighbor.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Please treat the place as if it were your own, report any damages immediately, and leave things as you found them.
- If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it ASAP. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an unreported issue that we were not given the opportunity to address. By reserving our property you understand that while we do our best to ensure that the property is up to standard, please be aware that refunds will not be considered for ordinary wear and tear.
