The worker who was supposed to check me in when I got there refused to help me because “she was supposed to leave already”. Then she said another lady was supposed to be here soon. I waited almost an hour and a half until said lady finally showed up for her shift, and then she went inside and disappeared for another 15 mins. Then the the audacity to be extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. Extremely unsatisfying experience, and I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Locked out of tge lobby at 6pm. Room was disgusting. Norhing like pictures. Only one towel. Carpet was absolutely disgusting. Needed remodeled so bad. Felt very unsafe. Alot of doors looked kicked in. Really bad vibe. Stayed long enough to find a different hotel, about 10 minutes. If i could rate it a zero star on everything, i would. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Never Again
Loud from the nearby freeway & ghetto people being loud into the night. Disrepair here & there. I lucked out by being the last in line when I was checking in in the evening because the 1 & only clerk went to lunch & left a few people having to wait a half hour until she came back to be checked in. All tgis for $60+ for a night. These dive hotels in PHX have been getting away with murder for years.
