Enter through a secret garden gate to the lush backyard of a 1929 Spanish colonial hacienda. Located in a quiet, historic neighborhood, this guest house has been completely upgraded while retaining the grace and charm of the era. Period furnishings and finishes. Ample for 1 or 2 people with all the comforts of home. Private bathroom and kitchen, spacious shady patios, free washer/dryer. Near airport, sports and concert venues. Many unique cafes, shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Things were smaller back in the day. Cozy, but with all of the comforts of home. Light and bright with lots of windows. High efficiency HVAC - cooling and heating. High quality full size mattress with a memory foam topper and 100% cotton linens. Private bathroom, kitchen, breakfast bar, work desk with very high speed internet/WiFi (200Mbps), clothes closet. Lush landscaping, spacious shaded patios with lots of comfy chairs and tables for dining al fresco, gas BBQ grill, fire pit, free laundry room. Plenty of free, well lit parking on the street in front of the main house.
