Reserved a king bed, they didn’t have one and put me in a smaller bed. They didn’t have any keys available at the desk so had to call the maintenance guy down to have him give me his key card. Room was filthy, bathroom didn’t drain. Would not recommend

Worst Hotel in Phx

Besides the 40 minutes it took to get checked in due to the several phone calls to corporate, this hotel could be the poster child for “just because it carries the name, doesn’t make it good”! Everything rattles in this building. The elevators, AC units (hallways, rooms, lobbies), doors, lamps, etc., so much so that it was a topic of conversation at the bar during dinner. The TV’s are so old… my remote clicks. It’s a clicker!! And how is it possible to have a building smell like a damp, moldy parking garage in one of the driest places in the country? The shower was like the tables in Vegas… ice cold to scalding hot, in 15 second intervals. The staff were nice, but seemed preoccupied with cutting up with each other for 5 minutes in the back while I waited to get placed on “the list” for a shuttle to the airport. And all this for the low price of $180 with a $147.50 “incidental fee”. But, I digress…. It’s always a gamble when selecting a hotel, but I’ve stayed at roadside motels that were much better than this magnificent Radisson Bar & Grill (that’s what it says on the sign outside- not the Radisson Hotel).

Bed is so so but everything else was nice

Pros: King room was spacious, had mini microwave & mini fridge, there's an airport shuttle, can control shower water pressure, moveable small table to bring by the bed, additional mini lights by the bed frame was a plus, pillows were nice, & location is a short drive to foods places. Cons: There were hairs in two of the towels :/ (but not all of them so I didn't feel the need to report it). The AC was loud, had to turn up the TV volume a lot louder to hear. The bed was not the worst but not super comfortable, you can feel the springs in some places, they need to change the older matresses. Recommend: U.S. Egg Breakfast Restaurant (15 min away from hotel). Waymo (download the app) was a new experience and it's available in Phoenix. Stayed 2 nights here. I would come back to try it again, and hope I have a better bed.

I found the cleaning folks good. The dining staff was friendly. The food left much to be desired. I did not find the front desk folks very informed, I asked for a map of the area, and a descent place to eat, and the response was less then helpful. I didn't appreciate there not being any benches to sit on outside. I have issues, in the room, with the blower not turning off, a handful of TV channels, so, so many electronic lights, it was impossible to sleep. I would not stay there again, nor recommend.

I have shoulder length blonde hair yet there was short dark brown/black hair all over the bathroom vanity. Aside from that, staff really nice and friendly. Hotel was a bit loud but to be expected being so close to the airport.
