I recently stayed at Radisson hotel The hotel itself was okay—clean and served its purpose, but the area surrounding it was a bit lacking. There weren’t many dining options nearby, and there were limited stores. The one local store, a Super K, was in an area that felt somewhat unsafe, with visible homelessness and a few people hanging around who gave a bit of a shady vibe. While the hotel was decent, I would advise being cautious if planning to explore the surrounding area on foot

Upon arrival we was greeted that was nice we got our room and noticed the plumbing was bad in the shower. I went to the office the young man was hesitant about switching my rooms I did show him pictures. He eventually switched my room ac was amazing not sure if I would go back though.

The bathroom needs lots of work. The drain plug came off and looked like it was caulked on wrong. The bed had a huge divot in and was uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced.

Waited way too long for airport shuttle. When i called to inquire, call went straight to elevator music. Waited five minutes before i gave up. Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. Bathtub drained slow. Water handle fell off in my hand, etc., etc.

This is a very tired hotel. I was very surprised that Radisson was so shabby, the chairs in the breakfast room are stained and coated with old food, the comforters on our beds were clumped into hard pieces. The reception area is a table. This is a property that should be closed down and be completely renovated. Despite such a disaster, the staff all try their very best to make guests feel welcome and do their best despite the awful condition of the hotel.
