Great backyard!
The backyard entertaining area is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. Master bath shower could use some work but otherwise this older home is very nice. Here's the issue, I would not rent this property again until they fix the access code pad to the home. We were told it was touchy but a renter should not have to worry about whether they will be able to get back into the property every time they leave and return. It was a fight every time we needed to enter the home.

Very grateful
We were very happy with staying here! The house was everything we hoped for. Too cold for pool but the hot tub was good enough. Would love to come back when it’s a little warmer and can bring grandkids next time. Hope to stay here again while visiting daughter and my new grandson!

A great get away for our family
This property has a great location and comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The laundry machines did not work great, but other than that, it was perfect for us. The putting green was fun, and even our 2-year-old enjoyed it.

The description of the property was accurate and it was clean. We found the location convenient. The reason for my lower rating was the property has not been maintained. There are a lot of weeds in the back yard and the planters have dead plants in them. Even spraying the weeds would be an improvement.

This property has everything you need for a vacation with your friends. While the property is older, it's comfortable and well stocked and the backyard with heated pool is great. The owner was very responsive when we needed to communicate an issue.

We had a great long weekend. The pool was great to relax by and swim in, hot tub was clean. House was very comfortable and perfect for accommodating our family of 6 adults. Great places to hike close by, Phoenix Botanical Garden is wonderful. We would stay here again!

Girls trip having fun chasing the sun!
4 longtime girlfriends getting away, 2 celebrating birthdays and just hanging out enjoying the sunshine and being together. The house was perfect and better than expected. We basically wanted 4 rooms with full-size beds ( which we had, 1 king & 3 queens). Beautiful accommodations all around and an amazing backyard with pool, hot tub, lots of lounge chairs and places to hangout in the sun or shade. A cute little putting green and bocce ball. If we had our husbands along we know they would have loved the BBQ set up! We will recommend and if we come back will check out availability! Very close to shopping and dining too!

Amazing family vacation
This was just what we needed. A family vacation away from the cold and the pool and hot tub were amazing! From the ease of entry on check-in day, to the departure, everything was so easy. Home is exactly as listed. We will definitely come back. Communication with the owner was simple and easy, and he was very responsive.
