Fabulous one-level home decorated by major interior designer featuring the style of Colonial Spain in the New World. Community pool and workout room. Beautiful view of Camelback Mountain as you approach the house. Close distance to several major golf courses, Scottsdale Fashion Mall, wide range of upscale and casual bars, restaurants and nightlife. Year-round luxury, entertainment and outdoor activities. Designed to comfortably accommodate two adults age 50 or older. Not well-suited for children or larger groups. Master bedroom with king-size bed overlooking back patio; private bathroom with shower. Den with full-size Murphy Bed adjacent to hall bathroom with tub & shower. Comfortable living room, full kitchen, dining in either kitchen or living room.
