I didn’t like the depth of the pool. I like to swim so a pool under 4 feet is harder to swim underwater in. Very friendly team. Food at restaurant was excellent. Hotel transportation will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. That’s nice.Tip them for what you’d expect to pay for an Uber ride. They really appreciate it. Perhaps my main complaint, which is why they didn’t get a 5-star from me is the smell of the room. A slight musty order when I first walk in. A smell of perhaps a past water damage to the room. I wouldn’t expect all rooms to smell that way, but mine did. I didn’t complain about it which I think they would have been very willing to change me to another room had I said something.

Nice but noisy
This hotel is getting a little tired. We couldn’t use our balcony or the outside lounge because of bird crap on the chairs. It is in the landing pattern for Scottsdale Air Park so there is constant air traffic overhead. I don’t know why there were so many people flying in to Scottsdale at 5:00 am! The staff was super nice and accommodating. It is very clean and smells amazing, I was just a little disappointed that it wasn’t a little nicer for the area it is in.

The room I booked states it has an outdoor area or balcony upon arrival I did not have a balcony or outdoor area though it’s stated clear as mud in Description… apparently what you book and pay for when searching for specific criteria is never guaranteed… always scamming disclaimers in this messed up world of dishonesty and theft.

Drink/alcohol choices at the bar were it amazing for the price. Beer taps not working so they should update their menu. No tap beers.
