No service at the restaurant/bar, we’d sit there for a half hour before we saw a server or bartender walk in. nothing was replenished when we checked in- like the coffee or bottles of water- actually never received a replenishment of anything when we were there for 3 days. Our recycling was full of red bull cans when we got in the room, & all of our bed linens were put on sideways which was weird. Not to mention the snacks were insanely expensive. $8 for a can of beer & $4 for a tiny bag of Fritos. It was nice being so close to the airport but I wouldn’t stay at this one again.

We arrived at the hotel at midnight after a five hour flight from Boston. We were extremely tired. We were told when we arrived that they had overbooked and had no room for us after waiting about a half hour or more. We were told that they found a location for us 30 minutes. We were transported to that location by Hotel staff. We arrived there totally exhausted and got very little sleep before we had to leave in the morning to pick up our rental car at the Phoenix airport. We were told by the hotel that someone would pick us up in the morning, well they were supposed to arrive at 9:15. We were to pick our car up at 10 at the airport. They never arrived in time so we had to hire an Uber driver to drive us to the airport so that we would not lose our car the total cost of our transportation from the airport to the sold out hotel was $25 and the cost for us to drive to the airport from the hotel that they arranged us to stay at was another $50. So here we are out $75 and never did get our room at the hotel. It was the hotel total error not ours. We were told by the night staff that we would be reimbursed for the travel expenses , well guess what I called the hotel with someone named Coco. She told me that the manager would call me back to discuss the reimbursement. Well, that never happened. Need to say we would never recommend that hotel to anyone.

They were painting and I kept smelling something. When I asked the clerk what was I smelling she denied noticing an odor. After paying for room I went upstairs and had problems breathing. The room was a dump and the odor was even stronger. I went back downstairs and was told no refund. Who cared if I couldn’t breath.

The bedding was dirty. The shuttle service left us waiting at the airport for one and a half hours to be picked up. The restaurant floors were littered with trash. The facility is close to the airport.

First, they indicated that they had an airport Although I sent an email saying that my flight arrivesd at 10:15 pm, I didn't know that the shuttle quit at 9:00 pm. I took a taxi to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was overbooked and there were a number of guests who didn't have a room. The manager did his best to accommodate the displaced guests. He called over a dozen hotels and found rooms for everyone. He drove me and another couple to our accomodations after midnight. The hotel provided my transportation to the airport the next morning.
