Like your own private resort, this large Scottsdale home impresses with all the amenities you’d expect at a five-star hotel. The stunning interior boasts open-concept living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, a billiards room with red felt pool table, darts, and a 42” TV. As an added bonus, all bedrooms feature an en-suite bath. The spectacular backyard was made for relaxation. Float in the saltwater pool, unwind in the pool spa, and soak up the sun in the chaise beds. The covered patio lounge is perfect for afternoon siestas, and an outdoor kitchen encourages festive alfresco meals.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows bring in lots of natural light. Settle in around the gas fireplace and watch the 55” TV. The living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of seating on plush couches. On the other side of the dual fireplace is the formal dining room. Release your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen with a stainless steel gas stove, double ovens, and plenty of prep space on the granite counters. Gather for meals in the dining nook flanked by a picture window.

The roomy house has four bedrooms that sleep eight in total. The grand primary bedroom spoils you with a king bed, elegant tray ceilings, and 55” TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom features multiple vanities, a massive jetted tub, and a shower with a rain shower head. All three guest rooms come with queen beds and 32” TVs. Each also has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and unique vessel sinks.

Lace up your hiking boots and hit the trails right outside the home. Explore the McDowell Mountains to enjoy the natural beauty and spot local wildlife. Ascend Pinnacle Peak for breathtaking vistas from the summit. With so many awesome dining choices nearby, you could go out every night and barely scratch the surface of the North Scottsdale food scene. Bring along your clubs and test your skills at some of the most beautiful and challenging courses in the country. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
