Welcome to the Cottages at Sierra Verde in the city of Surprise! Located in a very Quiet and Family-Friendly neighborhood, this three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom home is fully furnished and ready for you to simply Relax and Enjoy your vacation. The master bedroom has a King Bed, private bathroom with double sinks and 32” flat screen television. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and 32" flat screen television. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed. All mattresses are of high quality and are very comfortable, and sheets are also of highest quality. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet for all of your clothes. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located upstairs. Downstairs is a living room with 42” flat screen television and two leather love seats. The kitchen has Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances and a full set of cookware to enjoy cooking at home. The dining area is located just off of the kitchen and has sliding doors to the outside area where you can barbeque for dinner. A patio in front offers a place to enjoy your morning coffee and ease into the day. A large green space is in front of the home and provides a nice area for children to play within view, or to simply watch the quail wander by. Utilities, linens and other amenities are included. Perfect!
This property was perfect for the purpose of our recent trip to Arizona! Our son plays baseball and this property was close to all the fields he was scheduled to play. Surprise for Baseball Tournaments
This was an absolutely ideal place. Thank you so much to Larry who is a FANTASTIC host and even took our call when there was an internet outage. It allowed us to easily attend our son's baseball tournament, while I worked from home, and we enjoyed a semi-vacation in between. Thank you!!!

Great location to Surprise Stadium
This was perfect for my son and I. He was playing at Surprise Stadium fields, and it was great to have a 5 min drive for early games. Location was perfect with lots of food places in the area on top of proximity to field. Beds were very comfortable and nice to have access to community pool. Everything was great!

Excellent house in excellent location
We had a great 3 day stay at this house in March as we attended spring training in Surprise. The house had everything we wanted and was in a great location - close to baseball, restaurants, and everything else. We could not have done better, and plan to return next year.

Great Stay in the Phoenix Area
We loved this VRBO. Super clean, plenty of space, comfy bed. Checkin instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Once inside the unit, the included instructions for our stay were extremely helpful. We had a minor issue at the beginning but we reached out to the host and he quickly responded and helped us resolve the problem. Having access to a garage was so much easier than needing to find parking. Highly recommended - we plan to stay here again next time we are in the area! Thank you!

Hot time in Surprise
We didn’t have a perfect stay but it wasn’t Larry the property owner’s fault. We were there to play baseball, and it was 120 degrees most of our stay. Yuck! But that’s Phoenix in July. The property is very nice, Larry is a super responsive host, and he bent over backward to get us in the pool when our key fob wouldn’t work. Everything is as advertised. He is a great host.
