The staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast was good, well-stocked, and incredibly clean. During our stay, the room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The decor is modern. Overall a very nice 5-night stay.

great place bar wasnt open though
Everything was good except they advertise a bar being open and it was closed we only stayed one night we were planning on having a cocktail but it wasnt an option

Couldn’t get into pool. Room had a bad smell Several rooms had no TV, so it was not guaranteed the room I was assigned would have a working TV. No ice machine or vending machines on 4th floor. Had to go downstairs for ice and purchase drinks from the overpriced shelves next to check in

I stayed at SpringHill got 3 nights, the first night TV went out, they never fixed it, I prepaid the room through Expedia, they charged my debit card after the first night for the entire stay, had to wait till Monday to contact my bank. In the meantime, $610 less was in my account for the weekend. They offered no credit other than giving me 2,000 bonvoy points. Staff could really care less!

We were surprised that the filthy elevator floor was not cleaned from the time we arrived late afternoon until we left mid morning the next day. The entrance to the hotel is also underwhelming. Like entering a warehouse. We suspect that it is a rather new property that will have the entrance upgraded. The room and breakfast were very good.
