The room and accommodation were great. However, my car was vandalized while I was there, and I had to file a police report. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't have outside security cameras or security on the property.

The 90 minute check-in, avoid this hotel
Arrived late around 11:30 PM and the check-in process took about 20 minutes which seemed a bit long. Once I got up to my second-floor room the key did not work. I return to the front desk and they spent about five minutes confirming everything was OK and sent me back up to the room with the key did not work again. When I arrive back for the third time they laughed and asked me to try the key on the front entry door to make sure it was OK. I did Cell and they sent me back to my room the key did not work again. They thought the whole thing was rather funny and this point my check in at 45 minutes and I was tired and just wanted to get in my room. A manager called and after about another 10 minutes he assured me the car was OK and would work perfectly and he escorted me to the room only to find out my card still did not work. Let me in my room with the key but I cannot go back to my car because it would take me another 45 minutes to get back into my room. The condition of the hotel is very nice and the room is very comfortable and the staff is utterly incompetent, impolite and discourteous.

We LOVED the room! Everything we expected and more! Two small things though, the floors need to be mopped as our feet turned black walking on it, and the toilet seats are too flimsy/loose. We were hardly there though, as we were out exploring your beautiful city, so it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that, we LOVED everything!!!!

The shower curtains were too short and water would cover the floor of the bathroom after showering. The shower curtains were not replaced and we were told to use towels on the floor for the water. I left behind a rug that was gifted to me during my stay, but the hotel claims that housekeeping did not find it. I believe housekeeping kept the rug that I inherited from my now deceased grandmother.
