My son drove 22 hours to stay at Studio 51 Extended Stay in Phoenix Arizona . He walked into room 218 it was flooded and nasty. He walked right back out told the lady Rachel he wasn’t staying. She tried to get him to but if was awful. I called her to see if she was gonna refund me because he was gonna stay 2 nights. She said her manager would probably refund it. I have tried to call for 2 evenings and they will not answer the phone now. Nor have they refunded me. I would not recommend this place at all.

Experience was absolutely terrible. Facility was terribly kept, cracks all over the floor. Terrible vibes. We had 3 rooms switched, and all 3 of them had holes in the bedsheets, missing lamp cover and ceiling light covers. Found a cockroach in the refrigerator. The second room we got, the toilet overflowed when flushed once and the water went all over the room. No care is being put into this establishment. No one should stay here.

I like that all of the people that are staying in this motel respect the rules and after 10:00 p.m. is quiet time and it's so quiet you can literally hear pin drop out here not even a whimper from a coyote or anything so it's very nice I think the loudest thing is maybe revving cars driving by. I am very appreciative of the community that they built here in this area even though it may not seem like much from the outside definitely want to make the effort to get to know these people because there's very sweet and normal to say the lease people and genuine.
