The staff was amazing. The facility is new, clean and modern. However, the floors do not have much of a sound barrier at all, and you can hear everything as soon as the person above you starts walking around. So if the maids start cleaning early, do not plan on sleeping in. The people walking above me were so loud I could not conduct a zoom meeting in the room and had to go to the conference or lobby area, where it was actually quieter.

Not worth what I paid for.
I've stayed at this property a few times before, and since I was familiar with it, I decided to rebook my trip. It had been about 8 months since I had been there, and this time they added a daily parking charge. I also paid $150 for a pet deposit, which I had paid before, but was told that it is an incredibly high fee to pay. I picked up pistachio shells off the floor in my room so my dogs wouldn't eat them and get sick. I also picked up some tortilla chips off the floor and a flossing stick also on the floor, all of which my dogs could have gotten into. I'm not sure the $150.00 deposit was warranted for my dogs when my room wasn't that clean to begin with. The people directly above my room had a small child that ran around until after 11:00 p.m. The front staff said I could move to another room the following day, but I opted to leave a day early, even though I was still charged for the full three days. This property is decent, but not worth what I paid for. I come to Glendale every year to have my dog seen by a veterinarian specialist in that area. Next year, I'll find a place more suitable to fit my needs.
