This fully furnished 2-bedroom/1-bath pet-friendly apartment is a short walk to Downtown Gilbert, Hale Theater, and the Gilbert Water Tower. It offers a full kitchen, king bed, in-unit washer/dryer, fenced yard with fire pit, hammock, and chairs. A cleaning fee applies, and checkout is hassle-free!

Living Room: 50 inch smart tv + couch w/ pull out bed (full-size mattress)
Parking: Dedicated parking space for unit in the rear of the building. Most guests park on the street since it's closest to the door and never occupied!

Only checkout task is to wash any used dishes since our cleaner handle the rest! 2-hour early check-in and 2 hours late check-out can be requested for a separate $25 fee for either time window - any requests need to be made 48 hours before check-in so the cleaning staff can accommodate

Nice quiet neighborhood. Places to eat within 2 blocks. House was very nice and bed was comfortable.

Decent place
It smells a little funny as soon as you walk in, but I don’t know if that’s just how these houses normally smell. And there was only two rolls of toilet paper left for us, so we did not have enough for our trip and had to buy our own. There was a nose strip left on top of the soap dispenser in the shower and the glasses were dirty in the cupboard. The communication was good though once I figured out how to communicate with them. Overall decent place and not too loud area. Except one of the neighbors talking really loud outside early in the morning.
