The property was AMAZING. Awesome pool and fully equipped kitchen.
There were 2 things that bothered us during the trip. There wasn’t any body shampoo and hair shampoo as promised. The other thing was the fan that wasn’t working at the living room. That bothered us A LOT, as that living room-kitchen-dining hall area was really really warm starting from afternoon till late night due to all the heat trapped inside.
They did place a standing fan there to compensate but mind you, for an area that big (almost the size of 1.5 badminton court) it doesn’t help much. So we told the owner about it and I feel like the respond wasn’t helpful as she told us that most of her customers spend more time outside rather than indoor. That wasn’t a good explanation isn’t it?
Besides, at the end of the trip she also whatsapped and asked about our stay at the villa. But what is the point exactly for asking for feedback, when I replied and she didn’t respond at all?
BUT overall stay was great!! I guess as long as the fan is fixed then everything would be perfect already. The owner and the brother was really helpful looking for transport(taxi) for us. It’s all based on meter so no need to haggle.
