Vinpearl was nice in the north part of the island. This means there is not much around compared to the south, but it meant the beach is very clean. The pool is massive and convenient. Breakfast was nice.

If you are after a 5⭐️ hotel which can beat experience in Bali and Phuket, choose an experience with VinPearl for a family stay. Best of all is Staff, courteous, always willing to help and a 7 Star service by them. Big shout out to Minh Luan, around reception who is always willing to help with a smile and Bella trying solutions to any issue you present them with your stay. Property has massive pool, restaurant at the property with great food, private beach and free transportation to & from airport and other destination. I will definitely visit again for this experience…

An old facility, didn’t like much on restaurants choices. Have one diner at Nemo restaurant, so disappointed, the Vietnamese food they prepared so horrible & shameful & not cheap. The restaurant at the Grand world also terrible, they all should close down. The breakfast buffet was good & like the beach.

Huge resort
The facilities of the hotel are amazing. It’s huge. The beach is clean and quiet. You can swim out up to 20 minutes. 99% if the staff are great, but one or two senior staff at reception ruin it with poor customer service and air of arrogance. English is a bit limited at this hotel and in Phu Quoc in general. I would still recommend this hotel, because it’s very good and most staff are very sweet.
