1. Property is a short walk to beach. 7 min 2. The rooms are big, the air conditioner is not suitable to cool the rooms. 3. The staff is super friendly and healpful! 4. The water comes out light brown 5. The beds are like many in Asia (hard), pillows are ok. 6. Left early so didn’t try breakfast option. For 1 night was ok.
