This is not a 5 star hotel. This should be 10 stars! This hotel is an easy 100 on a scale of 1-10. Yes, I can find flaws like food options for lunch or dinner and the cost of everything but believe me this might be one of the best hotels Iā€™ve ever stayed in and I tend to go to luxury hotels all the time . This is another level of luxury.

Staff: This is key because for me bad staff can ruin my trip. The staff here were amazing!!! Probably the best thing about Naka is the people they employ - even the 'student trainees' were great. The GM David was awesome, Nana was great, the two students Film and Maddie were super nice and the Head of Activities (cannot remember the name) was a lot of fun. Seriously, every single person was kind and polite. I could not believe it! This place just might have to be my go-to yearly for New Year's! I loved it! Before I went I thought the excellent reviews were fake but they are NOT!! This place is amazing: clean, comfortable, safe and NOT crowded at all (on some days there were literally 6 people on the beach and most were my family!)

This is a amazing hotel but the availability for booking for restaurants and activities is tight. You need to book many things as soon as you can to secure a place
