Reserved through Expedia but was not allowed to stay without paying for taxi and room because night clerk has no computer to verify reservation.They arrived late but had a reservation which he was shown but he refused to accept. I am furious. My daughter and aunt was tired and treated poorly. Be careful with after 8pm arrivals.
