Broken furniture and dirty room
The room was not clean and the TV had some dust along with some stickiness which want cleaned. There were so many broken furniture and towel hanger was broken. I cannot waste my time fixing these issues with unknown in room. So I have not reported anything. Again it’s waste of money and energy.

Nice hotel, however security is on a power trip. Young, inexperienced and rude. Swimming pool was very small, would had preferred a bigger pool. As we went with kids probably wouldn’t go back because the pool wasn’t big enough and over crowded for the size. Casino was fun

The room was very spacious and super clean. I think the staff were very mannerly and informative but as far as a resort goes, this is not it. It is just a hotel. The gym is very small and stocked with limited equipment. There is not a lot of amenities or anything else to do besides gamble at the casino attached. The food options are very dire. I would just drive to PTC or order Uber eats. If you just want a clean place to rest, then this is the place for you but it’s not a resort.

We had a great stay at the Casino hotel. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and very relaxing after spending much time in the Casino. Will be back again. Staff at reception desk were extremely helpful.

Last year was fabulous. This year they put us in a room that has tiny window. Can’t even see a fireworks. No robes, barely have anything for shampoo and conditioner good for one person. No tea. And their tv is not even good has limited channels. I won’t recommend coming back.

The location lacks clear signage regarding parking and entrances. The exit and directional signs in the garage are difficult to see, as they feature very small and fading arrows. Additionally, the ceiling lights create a glare that makes it even harder for drivers to see.
