Great Night's sleep
We are going to a family reunion and visiting family and friends along the way. This bed at the Quality Inn is GREAT! Looks, cleanliness, and service are nice, but I'm all about a comfortable bed. This was the best yet. Thank you.

There were people living in a broken down van in the back of the building. Not convenient boat parking. I reserved a suite but it wasn’t really available. The housekeeper had to come back to get it ready. We didn’t get the room until 8 pm. In the meantime, we were able to use a regular room though.

This hotel was horrible, and their management is even worse!! I have been trying to contact them about a complaint for 5 days and the manager is conveniently always away from the hotel and will not return my calls. This place needs to be shut down!!!

Ok, not great
My stay at this hotel was ok, not great. The check in staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom where the shower and toilet were was very outdated, the shower not clean, and the paint was peeling off the walls. The sink and mirror to get ready was outside the bathroom, it was clean, but the light went out after about 5 minutes and couldn’t figure out how to turn back on. Didn’t have time for staff to fix it. The noise was terrible, could hear kids running in the hallway, and the people next to me played loud music all night long. Probably will not stay again.

Roaches and dirty sheets with hair everywhere. Would never go back and was a very bad experience trying to get a refund after being moved to three different rooms with the last one have alive crawling bugs. Don’t stay here!
