This place needs shut down. False advertisement does not begin to describe this place. Do yourself a favor and just don’t stay there. BLACK MOLD toilet seat don’t fit the toilet NO PARKING ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING NO TV NO WI-FI. When I hooked tv to my hotspot couldn’t watch anything cause tv speakers were busted OH don’t go there thinking free breakfast nope nothing no ice nightmare of a trip absolute worst decision I’ve ever made. I’m going to have to go to doctor all I’ve done is cough and gas headache since I left. Complaining to front desk did nothing.

Absolutely disgusting I will never stay there again. Rooms are filthy . Pool area is filthy . All around the building is filthy . Trash piled up everywhere.

The rooms were infested with roaches, the door lok was broken off, and literally there was a hole the size of a bowling ball in the matress. When I went to the office the manager offered to switch us into a different room. The next room was just as bad. Once we walked into the second room a roch fell on my arm. There was no electricity. Went back to the hotel office. By this time i had expedia on the phone trying to contact the on duty manager, and he just licked the front doors and wouldnt answer the phone. Ended up going to a different property in the middle of the night. Still waiting on expedia to refund us because the manager or front dest employee, whoever he was, ignored all attempts to speak with him.

Do NOT stay here! Our nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke, one bed had something sticky on it, AND they wouldn’t even give us a refund. We left anyway, that’s how bad it was! Stay across the street at Red Roof - staff is nicer and rooms WAY cleaner. Also, it’s impossible to get a hold of the manager to address our problems, which is just crazy to me. People walking around smoking and drinking too. Gross hotel.

This place was absolutely a nightmare We wanted to leave so bad but didn't have the extra money to book another hotel and knew we probably couldn't get a refund This hotel was not only extremely noisy paper thin walls heard the Coke machine the entire night heard people partying outside my room It was so loud couldn't get any sleep didn't have no Wi-Fi which means didn't have no TV because the TVs are ran off the Wi-Fi literally could not watch TV The entire time we were there no Wi-Fi at all I understand we were on vacation but after doing activities it's nice to be able to go back to a hotel lay in bed and watch a little TV to fall asleep however that did not happen here instead we heard a loud banging Coke machine all night long This place is terrible if you can avoid going here do so definitely spend your money elsewhere

Checking in was horrible but nothing compared to waking up have bites all over myself am my kids. They did allow me to switch rooms which did not help! Roaches a bedbugs!!! My daughter found a bed bug on her neck! My face chest arms an legs are covered in red blotches. I went in to ask about a refund, the staff immediately asked if it was bed bugs. Offered me something for the itching. Told me they gave my name an number to someone but that was all they could do. I am an EMT, we go into some horrible places. But I have never dealt with anything this horrific. I have been coming to Pigeon Forge, since I was a child! I have NEVER had such a horrible experience! I came to reset from my very stressful job and this just added more!! This place need torn down

Started off being horrible trying to check-in! Roaches and bed bugs were horrible, even made them switch me rooms! My kids and I got ate up. I went and asked if I could have a refund and their eyes got huge when they seen my face, chest and arms, but all she could say was I gave them your name an number, would you like something for the itching!! This was an absolute horrible experience! I am an EMT, and we got in some bad places, and never experienced being eaten up by bed bugs. I came out here to try and relax and reset from my stressful job. Instead I’m going home with red blotchy bites all over my face, neck, chest, arms, and feet! One eye is even almost swollen shut!! This place NEEDS shut down! I’ve been come to Pigeon Forge since I was a child, and this is the worse most horrible experience I’ve ever had. So now I get to return home, and get go get back on the ambulance looking like this!! Completely uncalled for!

Very nasty, burn holes on comforter, floor was nasty , black dirt , towels were stained with a black substance, light would not work , and Tv kept loosing internet, old furniture was placed outside of rooms to sit on that were NOT outdoor furniture and was stained , old futon couch and mattresses were outside in the walking area to get to our room . Wish I would have taken photos to post. Will never stay there again!

Was able to check in early. Room was ok , tub condition not great but worked. Not liking the Roku TV system. Give me satellite or at least cable. Do not have a room poolside. Parties and rowdiness until 11:30 pm and later. Lots of commotion and disturbing events. Tried calling front desk twice and no answer either time. Too late to walk to front desk without being noticed. Decent for price for no frills stay.

Horrible place and staff
Not only were we double charged for this hotel but we weren’t even given two full working beds. When we asked the front desk they assured us someone would check them out. When no one did we asked again and were told they’d bring us a new mattress. It wasn’t the mattress but the bed frame that was the problem?? They laughed in my sisters face and walked away as she was trying to resolve the problem. Not only do I not recommend this hotel but I would double think using the site altogether with as many problems as we were given. Terrible. We weren’t expecting a place that was very nice due to previous reviews and pricing but I’m honestly stunned at what a poor experience this place and staff gave.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! We left within 15 min of checking in. Vomit down the side of the bed. Bugs in another bed. Damp matresses. Dirty run down rooms. Tvs do not work. Cops were looking for someone thru the parking lot and on the property. Place is falling apart and does not look at all like the pics. Staff was too busy to come see our room to let us cancel. Pool smellled like chlorine so that might have been the cleanest thing, but even that was all chipped up and falling apart.
