We saw a few roaches crawling at the top of the wall just a few minutes after we entered the room, both beds & all of the pillows were very uncomfortable, there was a guy standing at the back of his truck in the parking lot after dark in front of the hotel with a loud speaker playing music we couldn't even understand the words to. I could hear different noises & people talking all thru the night, me & my hubby both woke up with our lower backs & necks hurting! The only good things about this place is it's VERY close to The Island & other attractions Sawyers Farmhouse Breakfast restaurant is located right beside of it within walking distance also there was NO dust, it looked like housekeeping had cleaned the room real good but they need to get pest control in this place.

It’s on the strip in Pigeon Forge, you know how it’s gonna be. Room was actually quiet and clean. Everything worked. Check in was lightning fast.

Room did not have any washcloths. Also had to get clean towels. The bed was very uncomfortable. There needs to be electrical outlets near the bed as we had to run phone cord across the room. No phone in the room. No coffee pot, although we had coffee. No ice bucket. No sleep due to excessive noise.

Drawbacks: Property is very old, not well maintained. microwave not functioning, intercom phone not working, some odd smoking smell in room and common walking areas so had to open my room for sometime to let fresh air in. Pros: Good at the price it was offered and based on its location. Beds and Linen are good so not bad for staying and resting in one day short trips. All city attractions are very close. Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains Townsend entry are close drive. So overall its ok. Little improvement in property basic maintenance and staffing will make it perfect.

Awful experience
There should be an option below terrible for cleanliness. Bugs on the curtain, walls, ceiling, tub. And when we checked out, the two couples in front of us was telling the clerk the same as we encountered. The clerk acted as though it was normal. Very disappointing!
