Loved! But front desk doesn’t answer phone.
We absolutely loved the hotel! Our only issue was the front desk never answers the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back. Which resulted in us going down for extra towels on our own…and getting our own luggage cart. Both opportunities we would have tipped graciously.

The stay was nice! Very very clean! Breakfast was “ok”… not going to complain about that since it was free/included. The only complaint I would have to say is the parking sucks. 15/day for valet parking OR park behind the entire building. If it’s freezing then that sucks to have to walk so far. Plenty of handicap spaces for those who need that. Located in a convenient area.

Its would be hard to find fault with this place. Everything is new. Looks new smells new feels new. Staff is well trained and friendly. Lots of emenities . Hugh outdoor hot tub open even in the freezing weather.Indoor pool with water slide. Outdoor pool and lazy river.so quiet i had trouble sleeping because im used to parkway noise. With everything Teaster lane has to offer a family could have a nice weekend getaway from the madness the parkway has become. The price was a steal but i expect that will go up especially in summer. Breakfast was fantastic and served on real dinnerware . I understand they are creating their own vibe with the food choices , but i would have like to had real sausage not turkey and in the south its just wrong not to serve gravy and biscuits.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The customer service was excellent, from the valet parking staff to the front desk clerk.

Great stay!!
We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful. I have crazy food allergies and the staff at the in house restaurant were amazing. I had a great dinner and could not have asked for better service. We decided to stay another night and the staff was so accommodating!! Will stay again.
