This place was beautiful and we really enjoyed it, especially our 8 year old son! The indoor water park wasn’t open when we went because it opened later that month. The outdoor water park wasn’t open at the time because it wasn’t the season for it. The only thing I would mention is make sure you’re prepared to SPEND MONEY! The room rate was excellent, but EVERYTHING you do at this resort costs EXTRA, and with there being pools, an arcade, an indoor bowling alley, an arcade, a popcorn and cookie bar, a snack bar with coffee and different offerings, a store, etc…. believe me, IT STACKS UP QUICK!! We spent a small fortune on amenities! We would definitely stay here again, and actually are already planning to go back, just wanted to prepare other parents for extra cost because we didn’t realize it before we went!

little upsetting the indoor pool wasn't open yet but understandable as it was being remodeled. the vending machines weren't working on any level. we also weren't able to purchase the souvenir cups late in the evening, so we had to drive over to the gas station for drinks. The headboards to the beds need a serious wipe down. our room could have used a serious dusting

We stayed at the penthouse. The staff was very friendly and fast service.The room was spacious and clean..my kids enjoyed some of the activities available during this holiday season. My kids enjoyed the arcade and bowling. The loved the pizza!!! Short drive to Gatlinburg and nearby things to do.. The only negative thing I would say is that the breakfast was not very good. It tastes like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while, it did not taste fresh. Also the treats in the desserts seemed tough and old. But overall it was a good place to stay. Would definitely go back.

Stayed here during the offseason. Everything was decorated very festive and the front desk staff was very accommodating and inviting. The bedroom was perfect after a long day at the park. Did not go to the breakfast in the morning but did stop at the small coffee shop in the lobby. The pastries and coffee were really good for a great price to start the day. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. If you have kids, they will love it here!

Off season for a Waterpark proved to be quiet and beautifully tranquil. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was very responsive and great to work with any issues. The only issue was that I was in town for a professional conference and the door access key was a neon armband that did not quite go with my suit. I opted to not attach it to my person and accidentally dropped it in the trash. I texted the front desk who was VERY responsive and contacted Housekeeping not to empty the waste basket in question. The team work and response was great and I was able to retrieve the armband. Highly recommend this hotel with lots of in room amenities and activities available for families.

This was a great mini vacation. This place is wonderful! The staff is very warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. An evening dance party for little kids (and big kids also) along with the arcade, a bakery and popcorn bar, gift store even pan for gold. Lots of fun! Nice location and very ample parking. Felt very safe. Hopefully we will get to go back soon.

My first but definitely not my last time staying
It was simply amazing. From Kelly at the front desk to the goodies I purchased when checking out. The room were huge with a free standing bathtub. The only problem is I think checking in at 4 is too late and checking out by 10 is too early. I can’t wait to go back

OVERRATED TO SAY THE LEAST
I don’t understand how this hotel could’ve been rated so high…. Our rooms very basic, nothing more than average. Didn’t have a coffee maker in the rooms or microwave. The coke vending machines on every floor were “out of order” We figured out why, so ppl would have to go to their store on 1st floor. Couldn’t even make a cup of coffee before leaving our room, which was 10am! Once again, you could purchase it in the lobby as well. Breakfast was an extra $15 per adult. Needless to say, we walked to the pancake buffet in front of Cascade Waterpark, for $13. Good riddance and so glad we checked this place out before taking our kids/grands!!! Someone else commented that it was overpriced.,…They were correct!
