Overall okay. “Resort” is an overstatement. The shower was super weak and lukewarm no matter when it was used. Getting fresh towels upon request was a multi-day process. The bathroom door wouldn’t completely shut. Numerous little issues like this added up & we won’t seek this accommodation out specifically because of those issues. Pool was warm and never too crowded.

The front desk service was good, but the cashier in wood grill for breakfast, the black curly hair lady, wasn't giving a service attitude. Even we are a few minutes late, she can tell us in a nicer way instead of a cold face, that's not an attitude as a customer expecting.

No quiet time and kids messing with machines so they don’t work. Running up and down halls with no parents. Every time someone was on the elevator it made a sound that woke me everytime.
